Catherine Maheux, B.Sc.

Research professional

Catherine Maheux completed her bachelor in Psychology at Université du Québec à Montréal (2018). She is a candidate at the Short Graduate Program in Labour Relations Issues of Université de Montréal. Catherine is a research professional at Université de Sherbrooke since 2019. She is a proud member of Tanya Chichekian’s hard-working and welcoming team.

Berenger Benteux

Berenger Benteux, M.A, M.Sc.

Research Assistant and PhD student

Berenger Benteux has a M.A in Language Didactics (Grenoble University, 2016), a certificate in web and mobile applications development (OpenClassrooms, 2018), a M.Sc in Educational Technologies (Paris University, 2019) and is currently a PhD student in Education at Sherbrooke University since september 2019, under the supervision of Pr. T. Chichekian. After teaching French as a Second Language for five years, and doing research for the International NGO ATD Fourth World for 4 years, he started working as a research assistant of Pr. T. Chichekian at Sherbrooke University in september 2019 on the topic of Artificial Intelligence in Education. His research themes are collaborative learning, learner experience design, and e-learning.

Annie Taskiran

Annie Taskiran, M.Ed.

PhD student in Education

Annie recently graduated from McGill University's M.Ed. in General Educational Psychology program. Prior to that, she had completed a bachelor in Psychology at Université de Montréal, as well as one in Linguistics at Concordia University. In Fall 2020, she will begin her PhD in Education at Université de Sherbrooke to pursue with her research on resilience, autonomy support, and academic persistence. Her other research interests include motivation and emotion, academic achievement, and mental health.
